ABOUT Gina Kitzmiller
Gina Kitzmiller is the Grand Master and Founder of Trimatri® Reiki, creator of The Karuna Life®, and a Professional Intuitive, Reiki Master-Teacher, author, and mentor. She supports clients and students worldwide through energy healing, intuitive guidance, Reiki training, mentorship, and spiritual resources designed to help others heal, grow, and trust their inner knowing. Gina is also the creator of the self-paced Intuition Development class, host of The Karuna Life Podcast, and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. Her work blends grounded support with spiritual depth, helping others reconnect with their gifts, find clarity, and move forward with greater alignment.

What is "Reiki" Energy?
Reiki is universal life force energy—the sacred current that flows through all living things and supports healing on every level.
Many forms of Reiki exist in the world today. As consciousness expands, the ways we access and work with energy can expand as well. Trimatri® Reiki is a newer expression of Reiki, though the energy itself is ancient in origin. Gina was guided to reconnect with this energy in order to anchor it, teach it, and make it available to others in this lifetime.

A Personal Approach to Training
Small, intentional classes designed to support healing, growth, and confident practice
I love teaching Trimatri® Reiki in a way that feels personal, supportive, and deeply intentional. My goal is not simply to move students through material, but to create space for real connection, meaningful learning, and the kind of empowerment that helps each person trust their own healing path.
Classes are kept small to allow for greater depth, individualized support, and alignment within the group experience. Training opportunities may include small in-person classes in Columbus, Ohio, live online classes, and select private 1:1 instruction.
With the April Level I and April Level II classes now full, the next class is forming for June 2026. If you feel called to train, you’re invited to join the interest list or schedule a Discovery Call to explore upcoming opportunities.
Continued Support After Training
Personalized support for Trimatri® Reiki students and practitioners
Trimatri® Reiki training is designed to be personal, supportive, and deeply integrative. For students who would like additional guidance after class, Gina offers private mentorship sessions to support continued growth within the Trimatri® Reiki lineage.
Mentorship sessions may include support with self-practice, client session flow, holographic healing, intuitive impressions, or confidence-building as students begin integrating the work.
Available to current Trimatri® Reiki students and approved practitioners.
