Trimatri™ Healing is a new form of energy work that was founded by Gina Kitzmiller. Gina received the Master Attunement for this energy in the Spring of 2022. She has received additional attunements to be able to harness and work with Trimatri energy, which blends reiki energy with other modalities for deeper transformation and healing. 

Gina will be offering both in-person and online classes. Please read descriptions carefully to make sure you have all details (such as time zones, etc).

Initially class attendance live was mandatory,  however, due to life circumstances and time zones - that isn't always possible. Permission MAY be granted by Gina, however, it will be determined on a case by case basis.  Email Gina directly to discuss: hello@trimatrihealing.com. 

No. Reiki is not affiliated with any religious institution. It is often considered an 'energy medicine technique'. It is practiced all over the world (on every continent) and even used in places such as The Cleveland Clinic and in hospitals. 

This is such an important question! Choosing the right teacher is about doing your homework and then trusting your intuition. 

Gina recommends reading student reviews and/or look at the teachers background and training. You may also choose to have a private reiki session so you can see if you like the instructor's energy and technique, or request a Discovery call. 

Yes. Email to request a 15 minute Discovery Call (please note, this is not an energy session but rather a time to meet and ask questions).

Ultimately - it is a joint decision between teacher and student. A good teacher will ALWAYS respect a student's judgement. If Gina is not the right fit - it is important to honor your inner knowing. Likewise, Gina may suggest other teachers or training if she feels she is not the right teacher for a particular student.

No. Level 1 is for Self Reiki only (which is very common in most types of Reiki). 

Why? Because self work is foundational for any energy practice. We need to develop a good foundation for ourselves in order to be more effective with others. With a Level 1 Attunement, you can practice reiki on yourself, friends, family and pets... which is such a great place to start!

Once you have completed Level 1 and been practicing for 90 days - you can request to attend a Trimatri™ Level 2 Class and become a Trimatri™ Practitioner.
