Trimatri® Reiki  is a form of reiki healing energy. It works on a multi-dimensional level to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. It helps release old thought patterns, outdated paradigms and emotions to bring light into the energy body.

Both. Gina will be offering in-person and online classes. Please read descriptions carefully to make sure you have all details (such as time zones, etc).

Initially group class attendance live was mandatory,  however, due to life circumstances and time zones - that isn't always possible. Permission MAY be granted by Gina, however, it will be determined on a case by case basis.  Email Gina directly to discuss: hello@trimatrihealing.com. 

 Another great option is a Private 1:1 Online Class (1 Day) over zoom with Gina.  Check under trainings for more information and upcoming dates.

No. Reiki is not affiliated with any religious institution. It is often considered an 'energy medicine technique'. It is practiced all over the world (on every continent) and even used in places such as The Cleveland Clinic and in hospitals. 

This is such an important question! Choosing the right teacher is about doing your homework and then trusting your intuition. 

Gina recommends reading student reviews and/or look at the teachers background and training. You may also choose to have a private reiki session so you can see if you like the instructor's energy and technique, or request a Discovery call. 

Yes. Email to request a 15 minute Discovery Call (please note, this is not an energy session but rather a time to meet and ask questions).

Ultimately - it is a joint decision between teacher and student. A good teacher will ALWAYS respect a student's judgement. If Gina is not the right fit - it is important to honor your inner knowing. Likewise, Gina may suggest other teachers or training if she feels she is not the right teacher for a particular student.

 Refunds may vary depending on class and location.  If you have questions, please ask. Typically:
 

Refund window:

• Live on Zoom: Tuition is refundable up to 14 days before your start date.
   
• In-person Group (Columbus): Tuition  is refundable up to 21 days before your start date (due to room rental commitments).
   
• Inside the window: No refunds. You may transfer once to a future date or gift your seat if requested at least 7 days prior. Full deposit will be held.
   
• If we reschedule/cancel: You may choose a full refund or move to a new date.
