About Gina Kitzmiller

Gina Kitzmiller is the Grand Master and Founder of Trimatri Reiki™, a form of reiki energy healing that supports emotional healing, spiritual alignment, and transformation. She is also the creator of The Karuna Life™, where she weaves together Reiki, intuition, spiritual mentorship, and soul-centered practices to help others awaken and heal.

As an Intuitive Channel, Reiki Master-Teacher, and Energy Healer, Gina works with clients worldwide through remote sessions and private mentorship. She helps individuals shift limiting patterns, heal deeply held emotional wounds, and align with higher vibrational timelines. Her channeled artwork, Trimatri Soul Scribe𓋹™, carries unique soul codes and frequencies that inspire personal activation and spiritual growth.

Gina is certified as a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki Ryoho and is also an Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner, attuned to work with planetary light grids for accelerated healing and soul expansion. In 2022, she became a certified Akashic Records Facilitator through The Akashic Alliance™, further deepening her ability to guide others through spiritual transformation.

Her extensive background includes a Master’s in Education in Rehabilitation Counseling, along with certifications as a Grief Educator, Breath Coach, RYT-200 Yoga Teacher, and 200-hour Holden Qi Gong Instructor. She integrates these modalities into her teaching and client work, offering a deeply holistic and soul-aligned approach.

Gina is the host of The Karuna Life Podcast, a bi-weekly exploration of spiritual growth, energy work, and intuitive living. She also leads Soul Rise Retreats and online workshops that support individuals in reconnecting with their truth and purpose.

In the summer of 2025, Gina’s memoir Soul Walk: The Unexpected Gifts in Grief and Connection to Those in Spirit became a Kindle eBook  Amazon #1 Bestseller. This heartfelt book chronicles her personal healing journey following loss and her deepening connection with Spirit—offering hope and guidance to others navigating grief and spiritual awakening.
